Welcome to Chiron
Life has a way of presenting us with challenges we would rather not have to face. We can often feel stuck, unhappy or even hopeless.
Like Maya Angelou we believe
'If you don't like something, change it.
If you can't change it, change your attitude.'
Chiron specialises in helping people make these changes and supports them in finding the key to unlocking their potential.

About Us
Our Practice is informed by a systemic theoretical approach. This means we pay particular attention to the context in which people interact with each other. We believe this is important in exploring and getting an understanding of how particular behaviours are given their meaning and influence an individual's choice of action.
Systemic thinkers believe that looking at relationships in context create opportunities to explore issues of power and how these may be related to race, culture, religious beliefs, gender, class or other dynamics that can influence how we see the world and how we act in it.
